If I present this 1500 calories diet plan to you, it is because it represents, in my opinion, a good compromise between a reasonable calorie reduction (usually 2000 Kcal is needed for a woman and 2500 Kcal for a man) and maintaining the pleasure of eating in a friendly atmosphere.
